With over a decade of experience as a lobbyist, political consultant, and grass roots organizer, Ross has the knowledge to navigate the federal, state, and local political climate. Throughout his career, Ross has provided clients with the necessary tools to build capital and advise them on how to spend it.

Recently, Ross has:

• Represented Indiana's largest Sheriff's office in front of the Indiana General Assembly

• Successfully guided two candidates for Marion County Superior Court Judge through the primary and general elections

• Advised Sheriff John Layton's campaigns for Sheriff; led county-wide ticket in 2010

• Member of team working on new Eskenazi Health Center with the Indianapolis City-County Council

• Worked on the successful effort to allow certain ticket transactions during the 2012 Super Bowl

• Finance Director, Indiana Senate Democratic Caucus, 2005

• Chairman's Club, Marion County Democratic Party

• Member, Indianapolis Police, Firefighter, and Deputy Sheriff of the Year selection committee

Ross, a lifelong resident of Central Indiana, is married with a stepdaughter and expecting a daughter in June. He and his family currently reside in the historic Watson McCord neighborhood on Indianapolis' near north side. An avid outdoorsman, Ross recently spent a week hiking and fishing in Glacier National Park.
