HOW FRANK WINS
Frank began his career as a staffer in the 116th General Assembly working in the Ohio Senate. He later worked in the Executive Branch as a chief legal counsel in the administration of Governor George Voinovich and Lt. Governor Mike DeWine. He has also worked in the Ohio Supreme Court. So, he has worked in all three branches of state government. Since 2003, Frank has helped clients strategically connect with the leaders of the state and federal government in order to communicate their position on various issues of public policy.
HOW FRANK MAKES CONNECTIONS
Frank has a Bachelor of Arts Degree with Honors in the Liberal Arts from The Ohio State University where he was a Joyce Scholar, and earned his Juris Doctorate from The Capital University Law and Graduate School. He worked for eight years as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Ohio, and since 2003 has worked in private practice. Frank served as a precinct captain since 1987, and was later elected to the Franklin County Central Committee in 1998 and in 2022 was elected to the State Central Committee. Over the last 30 years, Frank has worked as a key advisor to several statewide campaigns for Governor, Attorney General, Secretary of State, Treasurer, and Auditor.
